What do I do?

The Cascade Program is a comprehensive therapy program designed to address the complex needs of trauma survivors and emotionally sensitive individuals (including emotional stabilization, trauma healing, improving relationships, understanding themselves, and setting sights on the future. (See below for full description of program).

How does it work?

Clients complete an initial comprehensive assessment, then collaborate with me to choose which Cascade Program tracks are best aligned with their readiness and treatment goals. Tracks can be pursued in sequence or simultaneously depending on need and capacity. This program is self-pay and virtual only at this time.

I’m currently accepting referrals and am always open to connecting with other therapists, providers, and care team members who work with clients with complex needs. If you’re working with someone who might benefit from structured, integrative treatment — or if you just want to connect about referrals, consultation, or ideas — I’d love to chat!
