Cascade Program
A Four-Stage, Integrative Treatment for Individuals Diagnosed with BPD and Complex Trauma
At Crosby DBT, I provide virtual therapy for adolescents and adults in Washington, South Carolina, and North Carolina. I specialize in helping clients with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), complex trauma (C-PTSD), and emotion dysregulation. My approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and attachment-focused EMDR. I also offer support for LGBTQ+ clients, and guidance through identity exploration and major life transitions. Therapy options include individual sessions, DBT skills groups, trauma resourcing classes, Gottman Method skills for high-conflict relationships, and DBT Next Steps skills for building a meaningful future. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and deeply committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered. My practice is entirely self-pay and virtual, making it accessible across the states where I’m licensed.
Who am I?
